Hotel Access
To reach the hotel from Makassar, you have 2 options:
By plane:
- Duration: 50 min
- Check ticket availability on the Traveloka travel platform (easy to use from your smartphone or other).
By bus:
- Very comfortable (sleeper seats!) and cost-effective (300,000 Rp/person), every evening from Makassar.
- Departure at 11:00 PM for an arrival at Benteng (Selayar Island) around 11:00 AM, with a few breaks during the journey!
- Bus departure address: Terminal Malengkeri, Jalan Malengkeri Raya No. 9, Kota Makassar. Phone numbers: 0811-4111-170 / 0853-9853-7777.
Upon arrival on Selayar Island, you can arrange for a taxi to take you to the port of Patumbukan (taxi at an additional cost).
Our boat will be waiting for you at the port of Patumbukan to take you to the hotel.
Means of Payment
As we do not have a credit card terminal, please make necessary arrangements as the nearest ATM to our hotel is located in a village on the west coast, a 20-minute boat ride plus a 30-minute drive away.
To avoid any inconveniences, currency exchange services are available at the airport or in the center of Makassar. Several ATMs are also available on Selayar Island, primarily located in the main town of Benteng.

You’re not at the end of the world for nothing! Only satellite technology allows us to stay connected to the outside world!
